– Recibió constancia de mayoría del IEM; ya es presidente electo

Con 29 mil 168 votos, Carlos Soto Delgado ganó de manera histórica al ser el primer presidente reelecto en esta ciudad con el respaldo de la población. Finalmente, recibió su constancia de mayoría de manos del consejo distrital del Instituto Electoral de Michoacán (IEM) que lo acredita como presidente electo de Zamora.
Tras recibir el documento, Carlos Soto enfatizó: “este es el resultado de estar viendo durante mucho tiempo por el bienestar de los zamoranos. Me siento contento y agradecido por el respaldo que he recibido de la población. Empezamos a trabajar desde este momento porque no vamos a llegar a experimentar sino a realizar un trabajo coordinado y organizado para mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes.
Comentó que el objetivo será ser uno de los mejores municipios del Estado y enfatizó que es momento de la unidad, porque en los próximos 3 años Zamora tendrá un futuro brillante en conjunto con los municipios que se encuentran en los alrededores porque es momento de cerrar filas y que se sumen todos porque cualquier idea que proponga cabe en este proceso.
Finalmente, agregó que el triunfo es histórico para el municipio y crea un mayor compromiso por lo que se tendrán que redoblar los esfuerzos necesarios para lograr nuevos propósitos y retos a partir del proyecto que ya tiene trazado para que cada familia de la localidad pueda vivir en las mejores condiciones.
Por su parte, Héctor Rangel Arrieta, presidente del consejo distrital del IEM en Zamora, celebró que el proceso haya concluido en orden y con la entrega de las constancias de mayoría para síndico municipal, regidores propietarios y suplentes de los diferentes partidos políticos, que conformarán el próximo Cabildo a partir del 1 de septiembre.
