ZAMORA, MICH.- Dos campesinos y un velador de un taller mecánico, fueron enviados al Cereso (Pochote), tras ser detenidos por los elementos de la Policía Ministerial, por contar en su contra por una orden de aprensión por el delito de violación en contra de dos menores.
Los presuntos abusadores según informo la autoridad responden a los nombre de; Ramón Chávez González mejor conocido como “El Panicua” de 68 años de edad, con domicilio conocido en la comunidad de Romero de Torres, así como José Ramírez Gallegos de 78 años de edad, vecino de la calle Mezquite No. 24, y Rafael Cervantes Chávez alias “El Venga”, de 52 años de edad, ambos vecinos de la comunidad de La Rinconada, perteneciente a este municipio.
Se conoció por parte de las autoridades de la Subprocuraduría Regional de Justicia, que elementos de la Policía Ministerial implementaron un operativo por dichas comunidades, para lograron la detención de estos sujetos que desde hace varios meses abusaban de los menores de 8 y 11 años de edad.
La detención de estos se registro mediante una llamada anónima, que fue realizada a dichas autoridades, siendo después que la madre de los menores denunciara a los tres sujetos, lo que les se encontraban implicados en el proceso penal 150/2012-AEDSVF.
