Luego de que en meses pasados el proyecto del Parque Nacional Lago de Camécuaro fue presentado a comerciantes, lancheros y prestadores de servicios diversos, el ayuntamiento de Tangancícuaro y especialistas en los temas ambientales, ecológicos, turísticos y del agua ahora explicaron dicho proyecto a la población en general en la Casa de Cultura “Rubén C Navarro” de esta localidad.
En evento que comenzó poco después de las 2 pm de este miércoles, David Melgoza Montañez, presidente municipal, refrendó los 4 ejes en que se basa el proyecto cuyo objetivo principal es generar recursos del lago para dar apoyos diversos tomando en cuenta que este municipio tiene 19 mil 773 pobres según cifras oficiales, de los cuales más de 2 mil están en pobreza extrema.
«Los ejes son: que el lago sea autosustentable, es decir, que parte del recurso obtenido se destine al mantenimiento, preservación y recuperación del lago; destinar dinero para becas de estudio en todos los niveles, en especial universitario, y en general en todo el sector educativo; mejorar la salud de los tangancícuarenses y elevar las condiciones de los deportistas locales”, indicó.
Melgoza Montañez hizo énfasis en que por primera vez se conoce al detalle cuánto ingresa y cuánto egresa en dinero del parque nacional, “seguiremos informando con transparencia sobre el recuso que ingresa a esta área natural protegida y en lo que se invertirá. De tal suerte que, por ejemplo, continuaran las campañas de salud y jornadas quirúrgicas a bajo costo, garantizar útiles escolares a 1 mil 400 niños, gracias a recurso generado en el lago”.
Indicó que las administraciones previas nunca permitieron a la población conocer sobre los ingresos del lago, «nosotros en cambio, si lo hacemos: del 1 de septiembre al 31 de agosto, ingresaron más de 15 millones de pesos a Camécuaro, con este recurso, estamos haciendo grandes acciones en los rubros ya señalados para beneficio de todos».
Al director de obras públicas, arquitecto Sergio Magaña, correspondió explicar el proyecto en cada uno de sus apartados, justificación y montos y al director jurídico, Israel Miranda, dar los pormenores de las leyes, reglamentos y normatividad para poder realizar los trabajos que contempla el proyecto y dejar evidencia que todo lo hecho esta jurídicamente respaldado.
En base a la participación de los expertos asistentes, hubo los siguientes hechos que destacaron: el proyecto está avalado por autoridades federales y estatales del ramo y tiene tal impacto en los rubros turístico, económico, social y ambiental que el gobierno del estado autorizó más de 20 millones de pesos para acondicionar el parque.
Por otro lado, finalmente, cuando menos desde hace más de 6 años se conoce de los árboles no nativos y enfermos del parque que administraciones pasadas no talaron en su oportunidad, aparentemente por el costo político como ahora sucede y por último, vieron la necesidad de tener la aceptación de los habitantes haciendo los participes de lo que se va hacer en el lago, esto en futuras mesas con representantes de los grupos opositores al proyecto.
