– Con obra de teatro buscan crear conciencia sobre la prevención de esta enfermedad y la detección oportuna

«Cada año aumenta hasta un 100 por ciento el cáncer de mama en nuestro país y lamentablemente cada vez en edades más tempranas, esto por cuestiones multifactoriales que tienen que ver con la genética, la alimentación, el sedentarismo, el uso excesivo de fertilizantes químicos, entre otros».
Indicó Mariela Cabrera Arias, regidora de salud, derechos humanos y grupos vulnerables de Jacona, entrevistada en el Centro Regional de las Artes de Michoacán (CRAM) en esta ciudad, reconoció al decir que no cuentan con un registro de cuántas mujeres padecen cáncer de mama en la ex villa de las flores.
«Son estadísticas reservadas del sector salud, sin embargo, estamos en constante colaboración, ya que cada año durante este mes realizamos una campaña de mastografía en conjunto con el sector salud», esto lo dijo al informar que durante este mes llevaron a 10 escuelas primarias y secundarias una obra teatral.
«El brasier de mamá» fue la puesta en escena alusiva al cáncer de mama que mostraron a los niños, a quienes invitaron a realizar dibujos inspirados en la prevención y en lo que representa esta patología oncológica.
Cerraron la actividad este jueves en la plaza principal, con la participación de los alumnos de las escuelas primarias: Francisco J Mújica y la Emiliano Zapata, a las cuales se les presentó la obra. Los 37 mejores dibujos se exhiben en la plaza principal y permanecerán ahí hasta este sábado 29 de octubre.
Además, dieron diversas sorpresas a los participantes como un incentivo a su creatividad artística. Otros pequeños elaboraron poesías alusivas a la enfermedad y las declamaron, «esta actividad nace porque creemos que los niños y adolescentes son los mejores portadores de mensajes preventivos”.
Los niños, abundó, concientizan a sus padres y hermanos mayores, “les recuerdan la importancia de hacer deporte, de alimentarse bien, a auto-explorarse y les recuerdan la importancia de la detección oportuna».
Agregó, «el brasier de mamá es una manera educativa de llegar a los niños para que comprendan mejor lo que implica este padecimiento».
Cabe señalar que en estos dibujos los pequeños y adolescentes reflejan el empoderamiento, la fuerza, el papel de la mujer en el hogar y en la vida laboral; otros reflejan cuestiones tristes en torno al cáncer como hospitales, pérdida de cabello, rostros tristes, etc.
«Son imágenes impresionantes que, sin duda, concientizan al espectador sobre un mejor cuidado y amor a su cuerpo para privilegiar la salud». Cabe señalar que la obra de teatro se estará presentando en más instituciones educativas durante la próxima semana.
