– Capacitan a operadores del servicio sobre violencia de género
– 8 de cada diez usuarias son víctimas de algún tipo de violencia, acoso u hostigamiento

«Las miradas lascivas hacia el escote y el trasero; los arrimones o pegarse de más, los gestos obscenos, los tocamientos, el espejo mal colocado para estar de morboso e incluso exhibición de los genitales, son los tipos de violencia o intimidación más frecuentes que sufren las usuarias del trasporte público, tanto de camiones urbanos como de taxis”.
Señaló Alejandra Origel García, jefa regional del Centro Estatal de Seguridad Pública, agregó que se trata de delitos penales que atentan contra la seguridad física y emocional de las mujeres que sin duda deben denunciarse.
Lamentó que por lo menos 8 de cada 10 mujeres son víctimas de algún tipo de violencia de género en el trasporte público, principalmente «miradas que desnudan», “el 6 de octubre que arrancó el protocolo «viajo segura» en Zamora, a la fecha, se han capacitado a un total de 580 operadores del servicio, tanto de urbanos como de taxis, de ellos 8 son mujeres al volante”.
Reveló que a todos se les da herramientas a efecto de identificar las violencias de las que pueden ser víctimas los usuarios, “a través de estas capacitaciones se les dota de un manual con los números y direcciones de instituciones a donde acudir para denunciar alguna situación de violencia y cómo deben actuar ante un riesgo de ese tipo. Además, se les detalla que es una denuncia, una querella, el hostigamiento y acoso”.
Indicó que se trata de un trabajo coordinado entre el ayuntamiento, la delegación regional de la Comisión Coordinadora del Trasporte (COCOTRA), la secretaria de Igualdad Sustantiva y el Centro Estatal de Seguridad Pública, “somos aliados para prevenir, atender y sancionar la violencia de género».
«La intención es capacitar al cien por ciento de los choferes del trasporte colectivo y de taxis y dar continuidad a más temas, no sólo de violencia de género, sino también de derechos humanos hacia los transportistas. Este año vamos a impactar por lo menos a mil transportistas, sin embargo, se estima que hay 2 mil 300 operadores del servicio de urbanos y taxis en Zamora», mencionó.
Consideró que con este protocolo buscan que las mujeres se sientan seguras al viajar en rutas y taxis, “muchas mujeres pasan una tercera parte de su tiempo en el trasporte público, “ya sea para trasladarnos al trabajo, a la escuela, a las compras, a recoger a los hijos, etc.».
Dio a conocer que cada vez que capacitan al personal de alguna línea de taxis o de rutas le colocan la calcomanía «viajo segura» que los identifica como el camión o el taxi de la equidad y además se les pega la calcomanía del violentómetro rutero, donde se ubica la alerta en el trasporte público.
Subrayó que las mujeres no deben dudar al denunciar desde una mirada lasciva, un espejo mal colocado para mirarlas o tocamientos físicos, «no deben permitir ningún tipo de violencia, a veces las dejan pasar como algo cotidiano, las normalizan y no se dan cuenta en qué momento escalan. Ante cualquier situación donde se esté violentando su intelecto o físico, deben denunciar».
Finalmente dijo que esperan que este modelo se aplique en el resto de las entidades del país, «el primer municipio donde se implementó esto fue Morelia y el segundo Zamora».
