– Regiduría de educación presenta cuento navideño “Carlitos” en Biblioteca Municipal

Este martes autoridades municipales presentaron el cuento navideño «Carlitos», de Ángel Ignacio González Álvarez, en la Biblioteca Municipal “Manuel Martínez de Navarrete”, estuvieron presentes niños de diversas instituciones educativas con la intención de transmitirles valores a través de la lectura.
«Se trata de un cuento lleno de valores que habla de la integración de la familia, de la dinámica entre sus integrantes, de un niño común y corriente que hace algo extraordinario por los demás», informó Paula Ayala Curiel, regidora de educación cultura y turismo.
Indicó que también buscan con esta actividad el fomentar el hábito por la lectura, a fin de que los niños incentiven su creatividad e inventen sus propias historias donde prevalezcan los valores universales, “continuaremos impulsando a los nuevos valores de la literatura”.
Reveló que hay varios zamoranos interesados en presentar sus libros, “a los que sin duda les daremos un espacio de proyección a fin de seguir acrecentando el nivel cultural de la población».
Añadió que también en aras de seguir fomentando la lectura se realizan actividades de cuentacuentos en las tenencias y diversas colonias; así como en las 5 bibliotecas con que cuenta el municipio, entre ellas las de Aquiles Serdán, Atecucario, Atacheo, Ario y la de la zona centro de la ciudad; «todas tienen actividades de fomento a la lectura».
Admitió que el nivel de lectura entre la población infantil es bajo, «se olvida porque los pequeños prefieren pasar el rato en la tableta o celular, jugando o viendo videos. Por lo que impulsaremos actividades de fomento a la lectura en escuelas, con ferias de libros, lecturas en atril, etc., de acuerdo con la intención del presidente municipal, Carlos Soto”.
En su turno, Ángel Ignacio, escritor, detalló que en su cuento se narra la vida de Carlitos un «Santo Claus», quien desde su infancia comenzó a elaborar juguetes, primero para su hermano, postrado en cama y posteriormente se convierte en un maestro de este gran oficio artesanal”.
El autor describió que las creaciones del personaje las regala a niños pobres, «la primera choza a la que llega es muy humilde, donde se encuentra con la Sagrada Familia y es ahí donde comienza la magia de esta historia repleta de valores».
«La finalidad es que los infantes vean que en los hogares hay muchos valores que se han perdido y que deben rescatarse, como lo es la convivencia familiar», citó. Cabe señalar que Ángel Ignacio ha escrito libros sobre la rama católica, la convivencia social, las labores humanitarias y la cultura.
Finalmente, la presidenta del DIF Zamora, Rocío Soto Delgado, se comprometió a dar un regalo al niño que lea el libro y lo explique mejor, ya que en enero se volverán a reunir para comentarlo y ahí habrá un ganador.
