– Sectur busca fortalecer la competitividad del sector a través de la capacitación «procesos de la hotelería eficiente»

A raíz del COVID 19 cambio mucho la industria de la hotelería, por lo que en aras de adaptarse a las nuevas exigencias se hicieron y deben hacerse cosas distintas por parte del sector, entre estas el uso de la tecnología, las sanidad, el uso del WhatsApp, del streaming, etc.
Así lo externó Salvador Guzmán López, consultor y capacitador de empresas durante su ponencia “Procesos de la Hotelería Eficiente”, agregóó que la mayoría de hoteleros están en la mejor disposición de adaptarse a estos nuevos cambios.
Sin embargo, apuntó, algunos, por cuestiones económicas, muchas veces se quedan en el rezago; aunque reconoció que muchos de estos cambios requieren de voluntad y capacitación, más que de cuestiones económicas.
Esta capacitación a los integrantes del sector hotelero fue promovida por la Secretaria de Turismo del estado y el ayuntamiento de Zamora, en la ciudad a través de Marcedalia Reyes Gutiérrez, delegada regional de turismo, que busca fortalecer la competitividad del sector hotelero, precisamente mediante el adiestramiento.
Guzmán López afirmó que la competitividad se mide en base a la afluencia turística que se atrae a la zona hotelera de cada región, «son diversos factores y estrategias que motiven al turista a viajar, desde la seguridad, higiene, trato amable, paquetes atractivos, gama de productos turísticos que se ofrecen al visitante y además el buen manejo de las redes sociales, todo juega un papel fundamental para atraer al turista”.
Hizo algunas recomendaciones a los hoteleros para que esta zona hotelera se convierta en un importante polo de atracción turística, «fortalecer la planeación estratégica, dedicar tiempo a generar reuniones para innovar, utilizar técnicas de innovación turística hotelera y generar ingresos no solamente del hospedaje, sino que ofrezcan más servicios dentro del mismo establecimiento, apostar a la creatividad del empresario y su personal».
Por su parte, Reyes Gutiérrez expresó, «es fundamental que los hoteleros se capaciten constantemente, el conocimiento es poder, el turismo tiene muchas variantes y conociendo de estas, se consolida más la pasión por el tema y de esa manera se puede detonar el gran potencial turístico que nos caracteriza».
«Si los hoteleros tienen pleno conocimiento de lo que están haciendo, cuentan con carisma, hay buen servicio, un trato digno, hay buen buffet, limpieza, sin duda todo ello atrae el turismo. Podemos tener el mejor hotel del mundo, pero si la calidad del servicio no es eficiente y no es buena, difícilmente vamos a regresar ahí», concluyó.
