– Mediante «carreritas» se pelean el pasaje o lo buscan fuera de su ruta

Este año nuevamente la Comisión Coordinadora del Trasporte (COCOTRA) no autorizará más concesiones del transporte público para esta zona del estado, ya que hay sobre saturación de estas, según lo establece el Diario Oficial, señaló Guillermo Álvarez Enríquez, delegado de la COCOTRA en Zamora.
Aunque no pudo proporcionar el número de concesionarios que hay en esta región, admitió que el servicio si esta sobresaturado, “esto genera problemas entre los choferes, ya que por buscar el pasaje se desvían o invaden otras rutas, lo cual molesta a otros concesionarios».
«Todo ello genera roces entre los transportistas. El estudio de mercado que se debe hacer al momento de emitir concesiones debe ser minucioso para ver la cantidad de usuarios con respecto a los concesionarios actuales para poder cubrir necesidades reales».
Agregó que, incluso, algunos conductores inconscientes van a exceso de velocidad echando “carreritas” en su afán de pelear el pasaje, situación que ya se ha detectado en algunos puntos de la ciudad como la Calzada Zamora- Jacona.
«Nosotros como COCOTRA tenemos la obligación de regular todo este tipo de faltas del conductor, ya que tenemos la facultad de poder infraccionar por ir a exceso de velocidad; al igual que los elementos de tránsito municipal y estatal. Las multas van de las 10 a 700 UMAS, es decir de mil 37 pesos a 72 mil pesos. Sin embargo, si se pagan antes de los 5 días hábiles les reduce hasta en un 50%».
Finalmente añadió que por prestar servicio fuera del lugar, ruta, las multas van de las 60 a las 100 UMAS, es decir 6 mil 224 y 10 mil 374 pesos.
