– Sacan un promedio de 40 toneladas de basura de esos espacios; población no deja de ensuciar

Más del 50 por ciento de las 4 mil 200 bocatormentas y alcantarillas que hay en la ciudad ya fueron objeto de limpieza por parte del personal del Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Zamora (SAPAZ) con los trabajos realizados con el equipo vactor y malacates.
De la infraestructura hídrica han sacado un total de 40 toneladas de basura que han sido arrojadas por la población hacia esos puntos.
“Lo lamentable es que la gente no deja de ensuciar y tira la basura por esas salidas para las aguas pluviales sin tomar en consideración que los problemas se generan después porque es a partir de una simple bolsa de plástico u otro objeto que se ocasionan los encharcamientos en diferentes puntos de la zona urbana y es allí donde se debe tomar conciencia por parte de los habitantes zamoranos”, puntualizó Joel Romero Quiroz, director del SAPAZ.
Comentó que más frustrante es ver como apenas a 2 meses de haberlas limpiado de desechos vuelven a estar nuevamente llenas de desperdicios y se demuestra una falta de conciencia y cultura por parte de la población e incluso no se le da valor al esfuerzo que realizan los trabajadores del organismo operador durante estos meses para que vivan en las mejores condiciones.
En ese tenor, dijo que la limpieza de drenes y canales se encuentra prácticamente al 50 por ciento de avance debido a que llevan desazolvados 43 de 83 kilómetros que tienen proyectados como meta hasta antes de que inicie en su totalidad el temporal de lluvias con la finalidad de que las personas que viven en las zonas cercanas a los afluentes no padezcan de inundaciones.
“Hemos sacado lirio, muebles, llantas, estructuras metálicas y objetos que son de magnitud. De allí han sido más de 200 toneladas de desperdicios las que se han extraído y no dudamos en que puedan ser más en los próximos meses con el trabajo que desempeñamos con los integrantes de los módulos de riego”, finalizó.
