– Autoridades sumarán esfuerzos para evitar brotes masivos de la enfermedad

Hasta el momento se mantiene un solo caso confirmado de dengue en Zamora, tras descartarse otros 3 sospechosos al aplicarse la prueba de laboratorio respectiva.
Autoridades municipales y estatales sumarán esfuerzos para evitar que se den brotes masivos de la enfermedad en diferentes colonias y comunidades de la localidad, con el propósito de que se mantenga casi en cero la inercia de positivos en el municipio como ocurrió durante 2 años consecutivos.
En rueda de prensa, Rosa Guadalupe Ortega Tiburcio, jefa de la jurisdicción sanitaria número 2, informó que a partir de que se detectó el caso positivo en Habitacional del Parque, como lo anunció EL INDEPENDIENTE en ediciones anteriores, se delimitaron las áreas, se revisaron personas con cuadros febriles, se reforzaron las labores de tapar, voltear y tirar desperdicios, se visitaron 251 domicilios por parte del departamento de vectores para colocar abate, además de revisar 35 casas alrededor del punto donde se detectó el contagio y se hizo la fumigación en hectáreas, además de corroborar que no hubiese personas enfermas.
“Lo bueno que por el momento solo tenemos la presencia del serotipo 01 y 02 en Zamora que es de características de dengue clásico. En el momento en que se tenga sospecha de un caso se va a actuar de manera inmediata porque no queremos que nos sorprendan los serotipos 03 y 04, que ya están presentes en los Estados que están en los límites con Michoacán, porque existe la posibilidad de que a partir de ello se genere dengue hemorrágico”, explicó.
Comentó que es importante que las personas acudan a las clínicas de salud más cercanas para que en caso de que presenten algún síntoma puedan ser revisados y que de esa manera se descarte cualquier situación de riesgo porque no quieren brotes explosivos que desencadenen problemas importantes en el municipio que perjudiquen las condiciones de vida de la población debido a que sería lamentable tener ese tipo de situaciones en la localidad.
Por su parte Miguel Ángel Maganda Calderón, coordinador de vectores de la jurisdicción sanitaria número 2, informó que las colonias donde se tendrá que prestar atención al tema de la presencia del mosquito transmisor de dengue, de acuerdo a la lectura de ovitrampas, son Habitacional del Parque, El Vergel, Nueva Grecia, García Robles, Villas Zamoranas, Palo Alto, Valencia Primera y Segunda Sección y Prados de Valencia.
“La realidad es que la población del mosquito en estas colonias va en aumento y es una situación que no podemos pasar desapercibida. Es importante que la ciudadanía que presente algún síntoma no lo deje a la indecisión porque si le llega a picar un mosquito puede ser el transmisor de una enfermedad que puede ser peligrosa si no se controla de manera debida”, agregó.
Finalmente, Jaime Ramírez Oregel, director de salud pública, aseguró que se coordinarán de manera importante con la Jurisdicción Sanitaria No. 2 para que se atienda el problema de salud por medio de acciones permanentes de descacharrización y limpieza en colonias y comunidades con la finalidad de que se pueda erradicar la enfermedad de raíz y no solo de manera reactiva a partir de que se generen casos.
