– No se puede dejar de lado tema de evitar desperdicio y contaminación del líquido en familias

“Zamora todavía tiene abasto de agua, pero es momento de empezar a cuidar el recurso natural. La temporada de secas se ha extendido más de lo que se tenía contemplado y este es un mensaje de la naturaleza para que todas las personas y familias tomemos conciencia de lo que sucede, ya que es una realidad que el líquido se acaba en el mundo”, puntualizó Joel Romero Quiroz, director del Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Zamora (SAPAZ).
Comentó que no se puede dejar de lado el tema de evitar el desperdicio y la contaminación del agua desde el seno familiar, que es de donde debe iniciar el tema de hábitos de cuidado del recurso natural y más desde los niños para que no desperdicien ni una sola gota de agua potable en estos tiempos de crisis.
“Nosotros como organismo operador hemos hecho todo lo que está a nuestro alcance para que se reparen fugas de agua potable en la infraestructura hídrica del municipio, pero también es cierto que desde las propias casas es donde hay esos problemas cuando se ve que hay goteras de las tomas de agua, regaderas o cualquier otro conducto por donde se extrae el líquido y no se hace el intento por repararlo”, explicó.
Comentó que, al rezagarse la temporada de lluvias, seguramente habrá afectaciones para 2024 si se recorta el periodo de precipitaciones pluviales y la situación para las familias y actividades primarias como el campo tendrán consecuencias del mismo daño acumulado al medio ambiente, que ha dejado ver condiciones climatológicas totalmente distintas, extremas en algunos casos, durante este año.
“La cultura del agua es un hábito que debe ser diario en todos los hogares de las familias y no se puede dejar de lado. Es una situación compleja para el municipio en la actualidad porque sentimos temperaturas más altas, pero también es momento de reflexionar qué hemos dejado de hacer para estar en esta circunstancia”, finalizó.
