– Es una extensión de 1.5 km; será la primera etapa de un proyecto integral para dar servicio

Una inversión de 9 millones de pesos está contemplada para rehabilitar la pista del aeropuerto de Zamora, ubicado rumbo a la comunidad de La Rinconada, luego de una reunión que tuvieron de manera reciente empresarios, personal de la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Obras Públicas (SCOP) del Gobierno del Estado y del Ayuntamiento de Zamora para dar continuidad al proyecto integral que pretenden dejar listo para brindar servicios.
Arturo Mariscal Ochoa, director de obras públicas, informó que buscarán hacer las gestiones para obtener el material y equipo y optimizar los recursos económicos en una obra necesaria como es el mantenimiento de la pista de aterrizaje que es lo más urgente debido a la cantidad de desperfectos que presenta en la actualidad.
Comentó que se tiene considerado trabajar sobre una extensión de mil 500 metros lineales para la rehabilitación de la pista. Al término de los trabajos harán las labores correspondientes sobre un proyecto operativo en el que se considera dotar de equipamiento las instalaciones y hangares que se encuentran en la zona.
“La rehabilitación de la pista permitirá que se le brinde uso únicamente para el aterrizaje de avionetas o aviones ultraligeros que son utilizados en la actualidad por particulares y para cuestión de prestación de servicios turísticos o entretenimiento, debido a que hay quienes ofrecen ese tipo de servicios a las personas durante los fines de semana”, explicó.
Finalmente agregó que, para la realización de vuelos comerciales, el siguiente paso será hacer las gestiones para obtener los trámites respectivos y que de esa manera se considere el hecho de que el aeropuerto pueda dar otro salto en lo que corresponde a la prestación de servicios que permitirían impulsar la actividad económica en la localidad.
