– Módulos actualizan datos de beneficiarios, inclusión en seguro de vida, tarjeta de pensionado y acceso a préstamos de corto plazo, de consumo e hipotecario

A fin de descentralizar los servicios de la dirección de pensiones civiles del estado y hacerlos más accesibles para los pensionados y jubilados de esta región, empleados de la dependencia se instalaron este viernes en el Centro Regional de las Artes de Michoacán (CRAM), donde fueron acompañados por otras dependencias federales y estatales para facilitar diversos trámites a este sector poblacional, como la Comisión Estatal para prevenir la discriminación y violencia (COEPREDV), IMSS y DIF, entre otras.
Además de Zamora, estas mesas de atención también se han instalado en otras regiones del estado como Zitácuaro y La Piedad. Y a la brevedad estarán en Uruapan y Apatzingán, según informó Esteban Morales Guerrero, Director de Prestaciones de la Dirección de Pensiones Civiles del Estado.
Detalló que por instrucciones del Lic. Julio Enrique Peguero Espinoza, director general de Pensiones Civiles del Estado, realizan este acercamiento de sus servicios a este sector de sus beneficiarios, entre los que destacan: prestamos de corto plazo, de consumo e hipotecarios, seguro de vida, designación de beneficiarios y renovación de credenciales que los acrediten como jubilados, esto para que no tengan derecho a descuentos y precios bajos en distintos productos y servicios.
Aseguró que los servicios que más demandan sus beneficiarios son los préstamos de corto plazo y de consumo, «en el caso de los primeros, reciben hasta 4 meses de lo que perciben de pensión y son pagaderos en un lapso de 2 años con una tasa de interés del 12 % anual más el 0.5% de seguro y el de consumo hasta de 5 meses pagaderos a 4 años con una tasa de interés del 13 por ciento más el 1 por ciento por seguro».
Señaló que, en el caso de los préstamos hipotecarios, lo que se requiere es dejar en garantía una propiedad ubicada en Michoacán, para poder solicitar un préstamo de hasta 150 mil pesos, «para lo cual ya se integra un expediente y el trámite es más alargado».
Morales Guerrero mencionó que en Michoacán se tiene un registro de casi 11 mil jubilados y pensionados, de los cuales, sólo el 85% tienen su credencial de pensión actualizada (tiene vigencia de 6 años), «es importante que la actualicen, ya que se les reconoce en la mayoría de los ayuntamientos para tener descuento al pagar predial. Sólo requieren una credencial del INE para obtenerla”.
Finalizó al decir que más allá de las prestaciones que establece la ley, en los hechos quieren hacer una labor de alto sentido social para cubrir las necesidades que tiene el sector de pensionados y jubilados, “por ello les acercamos las diversas dependencias citadas que atienden a los adultos mayores».
