– Ante incrementó en uso de vapeadores; también intensifican medidas para erradicar drogas al interior de la institución

Ante la detección de un incremento en el uso de “vapeadores” entre los estudiantes del Colegio de Bachilleres (COBAEM), plantel Zamora, directivos de la institución tienen en mente aplicar como alternativa de seguridad la denominada operación mochila en la escuela, “en este momento analizamos su viabilidad”.
Informó Catalina Zaragoza Sámano, subdirectora del turno matutino de la institución, aunque reconoció que para realizar dicha campaña algunos padres de familia no la ven como una opción viable, porque consideran se vulnera el derecho a la intimidad de los estudiantes.
Reveló que 3 de cada 10 estudiantes consumen “vapeadores” altamente nocivos para su salud, vienen en presentaciones diversas y de distintos colores y sabores, «eso de cierta forma les atrae. Cada cigarro electrónico cuesta más de 200 pesos, algunos estudiantes prefieren hacer ese gasto, en lugar de alimentarse bien”.
Dijo que el “vapeador” genera adicción, insomnio, enfisema pulmonar e inclusive este puede desencadenar cáncer de pulmón, “el incremento en el consumo se debe en gran medida a que los jóvenes buscan la aceptación social».
Dio a conocer que mientras definen si se hace o no la “operación mochila”, intensificaron las medidas para erradicar el problema de drogas al interior de la institución, entre ellas la implementación del programa «si te drogas, te dañas. El cual contempla la capacitación continua a docentes sobre el impacto nocivo a la salud física y mental que genera cada droga, quienes, a su vez, reproducen dicha información con sus alumnos», finalizó.
