El próximo martes 4 de julio a las 12 horas se llevará a cabo el Primer Foro «Las prestaciones sociales y económicas del IMSS en la industria de la agro exportación- Michoacán»
, en casa APEAM, ubicada en Libramiento oriente 5,847 interior 414, sin nombre, Quirindavara en Uruapán, con el objetivo de hacer conciencia en patrones y sociedad sobre la importancia de incorporarse a la seguridad social.
Así lo anunciaron autoridades de la delegación del IMSS de Michoacán en rueda de prensa celebrada en esta ciudad en las oficinas de la subdelegación administrativa, encabezadas por Héctor Vargas Ortiz, jefe de servicios de salud en el trabajo, prestaciones económicas y sociales, detalló que este contempla módulos informativos sobre los diversos servicios que ofrece el IMSS y que son producto de las cuotas que el patrón y trabajador pagan por el aseguramiento.
Desde atención y orientación, afiliación en sus diversas modalidades, trámites y gestiones diversas, “también subsidios e incapacidad por maternidad y enfermedad, pensión por invalidez ante accidentes por riesgos de trabajo; pensiones por cesantía, vejez, viudez u orfandad. Todas encaminadas a la protección de la seguridad social; prestaciones sociales y las guarderías, servicio que garantiza directamente el instituto o lo subroga pagando una cuota de 5 mil pesos por niño.
En tanto, Carlos Alberto Meza Gallegos, titular de la jefatura de afiliación y vigencia, dijo que en Michoacán se tiene una población económicamente activa de 2.2 millones y sólo 22% está registrada ante el IMSS. Miguel Amezcua, subdelegado en Zamora del IMSS, habló sobre las fortalezas que tiene Michoacán en materia de exportación de los diversos productos del campo.
