Con la intención de que ningún joven se quede sin estudiar el nivel superior y por instrucción del gobernador de Michoacán, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, y del Presidente de la República, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, en los próximos días saldrá la segunda convocatoria de nuevo ingreso al Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Zamora (ITESZ).
En entrevista con El Independiente, Karlo Samaguey Zamora, director del ITESZ, resaltó que este proceso, al igual que el primero, donde 800 jóvenes presentaron examen y concluyó este 24 de junio, está avalado por el Centro Nacional de Evaluación (CENEVAL), con lo que será otra oportunidad para estudiar una de las 9 carreras que ofrece el instituto.
El directivo puntualizó que quienes sean seleccionados en esta segunda ocasión, iniciaran el ciclo escolar igualmente a finales de agosto del presente año, recordó que las carreras son las ingenierías en innovación agrícola sustentable, industrial, industrias alimentarias, electrónica, gestión empresarial, sistemas computacionales y tecnologías de la información y comunicaciones.
Además, cuenta con las carreras de contaduría y arquitectura, está última de nueva creación con muy buena respuesta al captar 120 nuevos alumnos en la primera convocatoria, “buscamos aprovechar la infraestructura al 100 por ciento, que los jóvenes no tengan que emigrar a otras regiones a estudiar”.
Cabe mencionar que los alumnos mejor evaluados en el examen, en ambas convocatorias, tendrán preferencia en los primeros grupos y horarios más cómodos, “no obstante, la oferta educativa sabatina y nocturna se encuentra vigente para quien no se acople a horarios escolarizados. Las instalaciones son amplias”, concluyó.
