– Recibieron vida para fomentar más de 35 disciplinas y catapultar talentos zamoranos

Más de 5 millones de pesos (mdp) han sido invertidos en lo que va del año para recuperar espacios deportivos que ahora son visitados por centenas de personas, como la cancha de futbol rápido de la Unidad Deportiva El Chamizal y la Alberca Municipal,
con el propósito de que diferentes talentos puedan desarrollar sus habilidades y le den vida a la infraestructura deportiva
Diego Martínez Serna, encargado del despacho de la dirección de deportes, informó a EL INDEPENDIENTE TV que a partir de los trabajos realizados en las unidades deportivas locales han podido fomentar el trabajo necesario para potenciar más de 35 disciplinas y catapultar los talentos zamoranos, porque no todo se ha concentrado en actividades como futbol, basquetbol o voleibol.
“Si a ello le sumamos que durante estos casi 2 años de trabajos hemos impulsado eventos como la Olimpiada Municipal del Deporte, la creación de una liga local de natación y también el hecho de que se han destinado apoyos económicos múltiples para que nuestros deportistas en diferentes disciplinas acudan a distintas competencias. Si no se tienen los medios, buscamos el hecho de que incluso puedan desarrollar eventos para recaudar recursos y apoyar”, dijo.
Finalmente agregó que las necesidades del deporte siempre serán múltiples y no habrá recurso que alcance para que se puedan cubrir todas; sin embargo, harán lo que esté al alcance del Ayuntamiento para que el deporte local no se vuelva a quedar desprotegido y abandonado como sucedió durante varios años en los que nadie se preocupó por atender a un sector importante del municipio.
