El Servicio de Atención Tributaria (SAT) dio una prórroga de poco más de 90 días para que los contribuyentes que forman parte del régimen simplificado de confianza (RESICOS) tramiten su buzón tributario y su firma electrónica avanzada (FIEL); tenían hasta el 30 de junio para cumplir con esa obligación y ahora se extendió el plazo hasta el 2 de octubre, de lo contrario no podrán facturar o cobrar al cliente.
Señaló Jesús Fernández Arias, Presidente del Consejo Coordinador Empresarial de Zamora y la región (CCEZ), recordó que hace 8 años no existía el buzón tributario, «había notificadores de hacienda, por lo que cuando los contribuyentes dejaban de pagar un impuesto, iban estos a requerirlo. Ahora estos requerimientos se hacen a través del buzón tributario que debe actualizarse para que ahí el SAT les haga las observaciones pertinentes».
Indicó que los contribuyentes deben aprovechar esa prórroga para sacar su cita ante el SAT, ubicado en la avenida 5 de mayo, donde se cuenta con el equipo para que las personas físicas tramiten su FIEL, “en el país un 70% de los contribuyentes forman parte de los RESICOS, el resto son del régimen empresarial; los primeros, tienen ingresos de hasta 3 millones y medio de pesos anuales, quienes deben pagar impuesto sobre la renta (ISR) del 1 al 2.5%.
Finalmente añadió que los agricultores que tienen una venta de hasta 900 mil pesos no deben pagar impuestos, salvo que rebasen el millón 300 mil pesos, «muchos se están quejando que al hacer una venta que rebasa los 900 mil pesos, la empresa les retiene el 2.5% de impuestos. Por lo que sus contadores deben hacer una aclaración a la página del SAT para que no les retengan ese recurso”.
