José Alfaro Orozco fue nombrado director regional de la Secretaria de Educación (SEE) en Zamora, correspondió a la titular de la SEE, Gabriela Molina Aguilar.
Esto ocurrió luego de varios meses que estaba sin ocupar la posición, releva en el cargo a Berenice López Guízar, quien estuvo un año al frente de esta dependencia.
Cabe mencionar que el nombramiento se realizó de forma oficial en la capital del estado el pasado 1 de julio, informó el propio Alfaro Orozco, quien en sus primeras palabras dijo que su oficina será de puertas abiertas, garantizado a los usurarios un trato digno y cordial.
«Nos debemos a los maestros y estudiantes. En esta oficina se garantizan 40 servicios diversos, entre los más frecuentes solicitados: constancias de servicio, expedición de credenciales, tramites de compulsas, es decir, cuando los datos en los documentos académicos del estudiante no coinciden con el acta de nacimiento, estos se corrigen. Así como equivalencias de estudios, duplicados de certificados, etc.”.
A su cargo está una plantilla de 35 personas, todos ellos administrativos distribuidos en los departamentos de planeación y administración, “voy a seguir una política de respeto con la parte sindical, ellos hacen su labor defendiendo los derechos de los trabajadores y nosotros nos encargamos de la parte administrativa».
Dio a conocer que la titular de la SEE lo instruyó a trabajar en beneficio de los estudiantes y docentes de la región, “recibir sus solicitudes, orientarlos en cuestiones administrativas y gestionar para que mejoren las condiciones de infraestructura de las instituciones. Alfaro Orozco es contador público, ha trabajado en esta misma dependencia durante 40 años, previamente se desempeñaba en las ares de recursos financieros, administración y cobranza.
