– Programa estatal donde la convocatoria sigue vigente

Más de 100 mujeres de 18 a 64 años con cáncer de mama y cáncer cervicouterino invasor y más de 47 niños, desde recién nacidos hasta los 17 años 11 meses,
con cualquier tipo de cáncer en esta región Lerma- Chapala son beneficiados económicamente con 4 mil pesos mensuales gracias a programa estatal, informó Vicente Gamiño Ambriz, Coordinador regional de los programas sociales en dicha región, con sede en Zamora.
Reveló que la convocatoria sigue abierta durante toda la administración del gobernador, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, para que más mujeres y niños en los grupos etarios citados, con esta patología, se puedan ver beneficiados. Interesados deben presentar certificado expedido por una institución médica de gobierno: IMSS, Centro Oncológico de Morelia u otro.
Además, deberán presentar documentos básicos: acta de nacimiento, CURP y comprobante de domicilio. Pueden inscribirse directamente al 351 118 2379, o bien en cualquiera de las direcciones de desarrollo social de los municipios. No hay una meta de beneficiarios a captar, la intención es atender a todos los que tienen este problema de salud. El programa no es burocrático, se atiende inmediatamente a los solicitantes.
Finalmente recordó que esta región comprende 17 municipios, entre estos Chavinda, Briseñas, Cojumatlán, Vista Hermosa, Villamar, Jacona, Zamora, Sahuayo y Jiquilpan, entre otros. Estos 3 últimos con mayor número de casos, «por el uso indiscriminado de fumigantes en la agricultura. Ya pase el reporte a la Secretaria del Bienestar en Morelia para que ellos atiendan el problema, ya sea con la Secretaria de Agricultura o la Secretaria de Recursos Naturales».
