– Mayoría de solicitantes de préstamos los destina para capital de trabajo

SIFINANCIA, organismo financiero estatal, pone a disposición de empresarios, productores, agroindustriales y comerciantes, esquemas de financiamientos con una bolsa abierta de créditos, que van de los 3 mil a 5 millones de pesos, dependiendo de su capacidad de pago, informó René Daut García, subdirector de promoción de la dependencia integrada en la Secretaria de Desarrollo Económico (SEDECO).
«Para poder acceder a estos créditos no es necesario que estén dados de alta en Hacienda. Sin embargo, hay algunas condiciones preferenciales para aquellos que estén dados de alta en el SAT, respecto a la tasa de interés, principalmente».
Reveló que los interesados deben presentar los siguientes requisitos: identificación oficial con fotografía vigente, comprobante de domicilio, acta de nacimiento, en algunos casos, contar con un aval que demuestre su solvencia económica o, dependiendo el monto, podría ser una garantía hipotecaria.
Las tasas de interés van del 10 al 24 por ciento anual, pagaderos en 60 meses, «son pagos mensuales fijos. Mientras que en un banco privado las tasas van del 25 al 90% anual. La mayoría de las personas si cumplen pagando en tiempo y forma, es por ello que con eso tenemos margen de maniobra para dar más créditos».
Los interesados en acceder algún crédito pueden acudir al ayuntamiento de Zamora, «cuentan con una ventanilla de SIFINANCIA. Además de Zamora, tenemos convenio con 40 municipios más donde también hay ventanillas». La mayoría de estos financiamientos se destinan, principalmente para capital de trabajo, es decir para materia prima para surtir sus negocios, también los utilizan para adquisición de activos fijos.
