– IMM reconoce en esquema una herramienta para proteger a zamoranas y reducir brecha de género

Dieron inicio los trabajos para arrancar el programa para el “Adelanto, Bienestar e Igualdad de las Mujeres”, con la finalidad de otorgar subsidios a la población femenina y se generen políticas públicas, en donde se involucren todos los sectores organizados para reducir las brechas de género existentes en la actualidad.
Al respecto, Lorena Aguilar González, directora del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM), informó que el propósito es poder trabajar para proteger a las zamoranas y que continúen los esfuerzos para reducir las brechas de género en el municipio, en donde todavía hace falta trabajo por hacer para alcanzar ese objetivo.
“Nosotros hacemos lo que nos compete, a partir de la ayuda que brindamos a diario a las mujeres en el espacio, donde reciben atención social, psicológica, jurídica o de canalización a otras dependencias. Todo depende del caso que se presente, porque el objetivo es que la mujer se sienta cobijada desde diferentes trincheras y perspectivas”, dijo.
Finalmente agregó que será importante la unión de esfuerzos con autoridades de los diferentes niveles de gobierno para alcanzar esos objetivos y, de esa manera, hacer lo necesario para que el apoyo hacia la población femenina llegue de muchos lados, porque a diario se presentan casos en donde se requiere generar bienestar para la población femenina en diferentes contextos.
