– Contribuyentes pueden pedir orientación gratuita al CCEZ

Una vez que las personas físicas y morales presentaron sus declaraciones anuales, el Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) notificará del saldo a favor de los que así sea el caso, informó Jesús Fernández Arias, presidente del Consejo Coordinador Empresarial de Zamora y la Región (CCEZ).
“Esto es bueno para aquellos que estén en esta situación, ya que gracias esto tendrán para pagar sus nóminas, adquirir mercancía, etc.”.
Exhortó a las dueños de empacadoras, congeladoras, farmacias, panificadores, así como agricultores, comerciantes y contribuyentes en general que tengan un saldo a favor, se acerquen al CCEZ para que los oriente y hagan sus devoluciones del IVA.
Mencionó que las personas que no presentaron su declaración anual en tiempo y forma, deben apurarse a hacerlo, pues de tener saldo a favor, sólo podrán solicitar la devolución automática hasta el 31 de julio.
Los que presentaron la declaración anual en tiempo y forma en marzo y abril pasados, pero no seleccionaron la opción de devolución, no podrán solicitar su devolución automática, ya que aunque la ley le da al contribuyente hasta 5 años, después de la presentación de su declaración para solicitar su saldo a favor, ya no podrán hacerlo de forma automática, sino mediante manual con el formato electrónico de devoluciones.
Finalmente, recordó que los empleados de alguna empresa que ganen de 400 mil pesos anuales en adelante, están obligados a realizar su declaración. Si es inferior, no es obligatorio, pero si pueden solicitar su saldo a favor. Todas las acreditaciones que hace SAT las hace directamente a la cuenta bancaria del contribuyente.
