«En cuestión financiera y operativa, la dirección de pensiones civiles del estado se encuentra sólida, tan es así que las pensiones las pagamos dos días antes de cada quincena. Para nosotros siempre son prioridad los adultos mayores»,
expresó Esteban Morales Guerrero, Director de prestaciones de la Dirección de Pensiones Civiles del estado.
Durante su visita en días pasados a esta ciudad para acercar los servicios de dicha dependencia a los jubilados de Zamora, añadió que la sustentabilidad financiera en la dependencia está muy adecuada y sólida para atender las demandas y las prestaciones que establece la ley».
«No hay focos rojos de que se vaya a desproteger a los pensionados del gobierno estatal, por el contrario, la intención de nuestro gobernador, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla y de esta administración, es fortalecer cada vez más el sistema de pensiones, al grado que ya se están recuperando algunas deudas o retrasos de administraciones anteriores. Y eso abona al fortalecimiento del fondo actual».
A pregunta expresa de cuánto eroga el gobierno del estado en el tema de pensiones, no pudo revelar la cifra en este momento, pero expresó que «ya cuando las personas forman parte de jubilados o pensionados, se cubre el recurso con el fondo de pensiones de la Dirección».
Describió que lo que aporta el empleado al fondo en su vida laboral, es la base financiera para cubrir todas las prestaciones ya cuando se es jubilado, “en activo, el trabajador aporta el 11 por ciento y el gobierno estatal el 13%. Todo eso forma parte del patrimonio de la institución y es el fondo solidario del cual se pagan todas las prestaciones establecidas en la ley de la materia».
