– A través del programa ELSA

En los dos foros trasversales «ELSA» que se han realizado en Zamora y La Piedad, el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) ha impactado a 20 empresas de diversos giros, a través del programa Entornos Laborales Seguros y Saludables (ELSA), donde buscan ayudar a bajar sus riesgos laborales; aparte, vienen dos foros más en septiembre próximo en las mismas ciudades.
Iván Omar Bedolla Bernal, especialista en seguridad y salud en el trabajo del IMSS zona Zamora, reiteró que esta capacitación tiene como objetivo orientar a las empresas para un mejor cumplimiento de sus normas, reglas y estrategias y que puedan bajar sus riesgos laborales. Esta contempla 10 ejes de capacitación: prevención de accidentes en manos y tobillos y prevención en los trastornos musco esqueléticos en la espalda.
También Vigilancia en la salud en el trabajo basada en la NOM 030 de la Secretaria del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STyPS); las medidas preventivas de los factores de riesgo psicosocial de la NOM 035; fomento a la alimentación saludable; actividad física y lactancia materna que puedan tener los trabajadores de las diferentes empresas; la capacitación.
Así como la vinculación en los centros deportivos y culturales de seguridad social IMSS con empresas para que realicen eventos culturales, torneos deportivos y actividades que abonen a la prevención de adicciones en los trabajadores. De estos hay 4 en la entidad en Los Reyes, Morelia, Lázaro Cárdenas y Zacapu.
Además de apoyos en aplicaciones digitales; acciones sobre la salud de las mujeres trabajadoras en cuanto a prevención de cáncer de mama, cervicouterino y la preinscripción social, es decir, continuidad de las intervenciones sociales en pacientes de diagnóstico de primer nivel con las atenciones que reciben en las unidades de medicina familiar, desde nutrición y seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
