– Ramírez Bedolla consideró debe pedir licencia David Melgoza para afrontar proceso judicial por asesinato de mascotas

El gobernador de Michoacán, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, sugirió al presidente municipal de Tangancícuaro, David Melgoza Montañez, pedir licencia y retirarse del cargo para afrontar el proceso judicial y responder al delito que se le imputa por el asesinato de las mascotas “Buba” y “Canela” que desataron una serie de movilizaciones desde el pasado fin de semana en la Entidad.
En el marco de su conferencia de prensa semanal en Casa de Gobierno, el ejecutivo estatal consideró necesario llegar a la justicia plena en este caso para que el alcalde tangancicuarense en primera instancia haga la reparación del daño, ofrezca una disculpa pública y asuma lo que marca el código penal reformado en la materia en que se señala el delito.
Bedolla comentó que el secretario de Gobierno, Carlos Torres Piña, ya se comunicó con Melgoza Montañez y este último valora la sugerencia de pedir licencia, porque es un hecho que ya trabajan en el proceso de investigación y en consecuencia ya hacen las funciones con la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado con el propósito de que se haga justicia, luego de que el presidente municipal reconociera su responsabilidad en el acto contra los animales de compañía.
“Es un tema que nosotros lamentamos. De ninguna manera se puede aceptar tolerar la violencia en cualquier condición y menos cuando las autoridades somos quienes tenemos que dar el ejemplo. En estos días tendremos más noticias al respecto y sabemos que durante el fin de semana hubo diversas manifestaciones, entre ellas Zamora y Morelia, en las que el Gobierno del Estado se solidarizó con el sentir de las personas”, finalizó.
