– Alta prioridad lograr una aplicabilidad real de Derechos.
Zamora, Michoacán. A 21 de agosto de 2023.- Alejandra Origel, Jefa Regional del Centro Estatal de Prevención del Delito y Participación Ciudadana capacitó a 120 personas sobre la importancia del Plan Morelos, el cual presentó el Gobernador Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla el pasado domingo 20 de agosto y es fundamental para que no se vulneren los Derechos Humanos e impactar en la sociedad disminuyendo índices delictivos.
Origel García destacó la relevancia del plan: «Los derechos humanos son reconocidos por la constitución desde el 2011 y por más de una década la lucha por la aplicabilidad real no ha parado, derivado del proceso evolutivo que conlleva el cambio de paradigma, las personas cada vez adquieren una mayor consciencia del poder jurídico que representa la voluntad, la identidad, la libertad de acción y la satisfacción, por ello era indispensable la presentación de un ordenamiento legal y humano fiel al esquema jurídico universal».
«Hoy por primera vez el gobierno del estado tiene una agenda incluyente donde se contempla de forma general y subjetiva la aplicabilidad y ejecución plena de los DD. HH. y no solo la agenda, sino las acciones, así como el respaldo de un congreso que aspira a una mejoría constante en materia legislativa, ya lo han señalado también varios diputados, cómo el diputado Juan Carlos Barragán, que afirmó que: Con el plan Morelos y el Gobernador, la Transformación está en marcha en Michoacán», así lo informó Origel García.
Por último Alejandra Origel concluyó invitando a estar pendientes de las publicaciones que se estarán presentando dónde se hablará paso a paso de los avances del Plan Morelos como se va a lograr concretar la transformación y el comienzo de la Cuarta República.
