– Ya comienza a notarse mayor afluencia en el Museo de la Ciudad

«Gracias al modelo educativo de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana se reactivarán más los espacios culturales, ya que los estudiantes trabajarán en proyectos comunitarios que les permitan adentrarse en la historia y problemas reales de su comunidad y entorno.
Por lo que los recintos tendrán una vida más activa», señalo Jesús Álvarez del Toro, director del museo de la ciudad y cronista de Zamora.
Por ello, dijo, ya comienza a notarse mayor afluencia en el Museo de la Ciudad, «tan es así que recientemente tuvimos a un grupo de estudiantes de la preparatoria Fray Jacobo Dasiano, cuyo proyecto está encaminado a la investigación de la arquitectura religiosa de Zamora. En este recinto se puede acceder a asesoría y consulta de información histórica y en materia de las ciencias sociales, la antropología, el arte y la arqueología.
Indicó este nuevo modelo educativo permitirá que continúen acrecentándose las visitas guiadas, «por lo que estaremos recibiendo por lo menos 4 escuelas por semana, desde grupos de prescolar, hasta universitarios. El recinto se ubica en la antigua Estación del Ferrocarril de Zamora, abierto en un horario de 10 a 2 pm y de 5 pm a 8 pm”.
Concluyó que la Nueva Escuela Mexicana tiene entre sus fortalezas que los alumnos podrán participar de manera comunal, «con esto se termina ese proceso individualista, la educación por competencias, ahora los alumnos no competirán entre sí, aprenderán a trabajar en equipo, generar propuestas en comunidad. Por lo que se trabajará en proyectos comunitarios apegados a las necesidades reales de cada región, con ello podrán adentrarse más en la historia de su comunidad y buscar juntos el progreso, porque más que competir, la filosofía de la vida debe generar las condiciones para un mejor vivir».
