– Permitirá transparencia en aplicación de sanciones administrativas a población

En próximos días será inaugurado el Centro de Justicia Cívica en la dirección de Seguridad Pública, un espacio que permitirá garantizar la transparencia en la aplicación de sanciones administrativas y aplicar la justicia de manera eficiente entre la población, ya que contará con la figura de jueces que serán los encargados de determinar el procedimiento.
Fernando Fernández Vargas, titular de la dependencia, informó que, sin duda, la apertura del Centro de Justicia Cívica es un gran paso en lo que respecta a la evolución de la manera de hacer justicia en Seguridad Pública y también le da la oportunidad al ciudadano de defenderse, en caso de ser necesario, ante alguna irregularidad que se pueda manifestar en el momento de la aplicación de una multa administrativa o envío a barandilla.
“El espacio está prácticamente listo y esperamos que antes de que concluya este mes pongamos en funciones esta área que nos permitirá el hecho de mejorar las acciones de trabajo en esta dependencia. Viene una exigencia importante para los elementos de la corporación y con esa base es que los capacitamos para que la implementación de este proyecto sea eficiente”, dijo.
Concluyó que los jueces designados para el Centro de Justicia Cívica han sido preparados con antelación, ya que llevaron por lo menos 6 meses de instrucción y además fueron aprobados por los integrantes de Cabildo que, de manera previa, conocieron sus perfiles para que en el cargo se encuentren personas que se destaquen por su manera de conducirse entre la sociedad.
