– Contará con iluminación y pasos a nivel para garantizar cruce de personas por acera

Habrá continuidad en el proyecto de la ciclopista de la Avenida Juárez. El primer tramo construido fue hasta la altura del Mercado del Valle, viniendo del rastro.
La intención es que ahora llegue la construcción hasta la calle Dr. Verduzco con la finalidad de garantizar la seguridad de las personas que acostumbran a usar el vehículo de 2 ruedas.
Arturo Mariscal Ochoa, director de obras públicas, informó que en el tramo de pista se contempla colocar piso acorde a las condiciones de circulación de las bicicletas, además de iluminación y de pasos a nivel para que las personas puedan cruzar de la acera hasta la parte central de la Avenida Juárez sin ningún riesgo.
“Son algunas de las herramientas que nos exige la nueva cultura de movilidad, tenemos que adaptar las condiciones de urbanización del municipio para que las personas se puedan trasladar de manera más segura y que en estos espacios también haya inclusión de personas de diferentes sectores de la población como adultos mayores o quienes tienen alguna discapacidad”, dijo.
Concluyó al decir que será una de las obras importantes a realizar durante este año y aseguró que durante estos días iniciarán al 100 por ciento con los trabajos correspondientes, porque la intención es que el espacio quede concluido antes de que termine este año para que las personas del municipio puedan disfrutar de la infraestructura urbana.
