– Destinarán casi 5.5 mdp en la obra; será del Mercado del Valle hasta calle Morelos

Este mediodía fue puesta en marcha la segunda etapa de la ciclovía en la Avenida Juárez con una inversión hecha por el Ayuntamiento de 5 millones 441 mil 359 pesos.
El tramo que será construido es del Mercado del Valle hasta la calle Morelos, en donde se colocarán pasos peatonales, muros de contención para proteger a los ciclistas, reforestación, balizamiento y lámparas.
El presidente municipal de Zamora, Carlos Soto Delgado, puntualizó que con la obra se busca fomentar el uso de la bicicleta, dar protección a los conductores y mejorar la infraestructura vial del municipio, porque el objetivo es que se pueda acrecentar la nueva cultura de movilidad en la localidad en donde se busca que las personas sean más conscientes del uso de vehículos amigables con el medio ambiente.
Comentó que con esta obra se busca dar otro rostro al municipio y cambiar la manera de circular en la Avenida Juárez, uno de los objetivos principales que se tienen para mejorar la calidad de vida además de reducir el tráfico vehicular en esta parte de la zona urbana.
Finalmente, Arturo Mariscal Ochoa, director de obras públicas, informó que se estima terminar en 3 meses. En los trabajos se colocará pavimento a lo largo de 3 mil 781 metros cuadrados con la finalidad de brindar calidad a la ciclovía para facilitar el paso de personas que hacen uso de la bicicleta como medio de traslado de un punto a otro.
