– Ahora no solo fue mariachi sino también banda la que hubo en centro de la ciudad

Centenas de zamoranos celebraron en grande el Día de Santa Cecilia, patrona de los músicos, con el tradicional desfile de mojigangas que se realizó por la tarde del 21 y 22 de noviembre.
El festejo, que tiene ya más de 50 años, en esta ocasión no solo estuvo acompañado por los gigantes de cartón y base de metal de más de 2 metros sino también de música de mariachi y banda para engrandecer aún más la música.
Durante la actividad también fueron recordados aquellos que pertenecieron a una organización de mariachi y que durante los últimos años perdieron la vida, pero que de corazón y en los recuerdos de cada participante estuvieron presentes para hacer más significativa la fiesta que también permitió ser el marco del Día del Músico que se festejó desde el barrio de Independencia a un costado de la también conocida como “plaza del mariachi” ubicada en la calle Amado Nervo.
“Gracias a Dios cumplimos otro año más y con el gusto de que cada vez más gente se sume a este evento y más que también haya músicos. Tenemos mucha gratitud con nuestra imagen de Santa Cecilia porque gracias a su intercesión hay trabajo nuevamente porque es una realidad que durante la pandemia la tuvimos difícil, pero saldremos adelante con todo y la música”, puntualizó Miguel Ángel Ceja Reyes, organizador del evento y con 35 años de recorrido en el mismo.
Es importante mencionar que durante el Día del Músico también hubo la presentación ininterrumpida de mariachis en la esquina de Independencia y Amado Nervo que estuvo engalanada por el tradicional concierto, sumado a la participación de la gente, la kermesse en el lugar y la unión familiar en torno a las actividades en medio de un día lleno de frío desde la tarde.
