– Enseñan a familias a producir aves de doble propósito y árboles frutales

Al cierre de este año, sumarán más de 300 familias las beneficiadas con el programa «Produce lo que te comes», auspiciado por la Secretaria de Agricultura del estado de Michoacán, a cada una de ellas se les dotó de un paquete de 10 aves de doble propósito (para producir huevo y para consumirlas como alimento (carne), informó Miguel Machuca Gallegos, técnico de Agrosano en Zamora, perteneciente a la Dirección de Agricultura del estado.
Indicó que, hasta el momento, se han entregado 130 paquetes y en lo que resta de este año se entregarán el resto hasta sumar poco más de 300 paquetes, «este programa es muy bondadoso porque se busca abatir la mala nutrición en las áreas rurales, al producir huevo orgánico se genera una fuente de alimento muy rica en proteínas y vitaminas, además, consumir carne magra también trae beneficios para la salud».
Derivado de este programa también se les dota a las familias beneficiadas de árboles frutales (guayabos y duraznos) y semillas para poner en marcha huertos de traspatio, “igualmente garantizamos talleres sobre la producción de hongos zeta, mismos que los pueden producir en cuartos oscuros o espacios donde no entre tanta luz, se trata de un alimento muy nutritivo y rico en proteínas».
Los beneficiarios, en su mayoría mujeres, son de la tenencia de Ario; así como de otras comunidades: Romero de Torres, La Sauceda, Atacheo, El Guamuchil, entre otras. Las pollas (de cuatro semanas) se entregan ya vacunadas, «la ama de casa pone el 50 por ciento (220 pesos) y el gobierno estatal el resto, para que se asignen las 10 aves». Los beneficiarios deben cubrir con los siguientes requisitos: credencial del INE, comprobante de domicilio, CURP y su aportación del 50 por ciento.
