– Alcalde asegura que espacio será construido en 4 hectáreas; en próximos días iniciarán la obra

Una inversión de 200 millones de pesos está contemplada para la construcción de la nueva planta tratadora de aguas residuales en este municipio.
El espacio será construido en un predio de 8 hectáreas que fue gestionado por el Ayuntamiento ante la Comunidad Agraria; está ubicado rumbo a la zona de Los Cerritos.
Isidoro Mosqueda Estrada, presidente municipal, informó que la obra permitirá que Jacona tenga por primera ocasión un espacio con esas características y contribuiría de manera importante a fortalecer la limpieza del Río Duero, que es uno de los objetivos principales de la ejecución de este tipo de obras en la región.
Aseguró que, tras la obtención del terreno para la construcción de la planta tratadora de aguas residuales, el Gobierno Federal aportará el 50 por ciento de los recursos por otra cantidad similar de Gobierno del Estado, de manera que el Ayuntamiento contribuirá con la gestión del predio donde se hará la construcción del espacio.
Finalmente, agregó que, por el momento, las labores se concentran en la preparación del espacio para dar paso con la construcción del inmueble. Estimó que en un promedio de 3 a 4 semanas se coloque la primera piedra de la planta de tratamiento y para dicho evento se contará con la presencia del gobernador de Michoacán, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla.
