«Los docentes están tomando bien el reto de este nuevo modelo educativo, con beneplácito hacen esta transformación educativa, muestran interés y curiosidad de esta transición en la educación, están dispuestos a conocer, manejar los materiales didácticos y trabajar en colectividad;
reflexionan y analizan esas prácticas pedagógicas que han venido realizando a través de los años”, señaló Sarah Juárez Vergara, jefa del sector educativo 03 Zamora.
Consideró que hoy se vive un parteaguas con este nuevo modelo, ya que, resaltó, rompe con las practicas pedagógicas tradicionales, entre estas: un proceso de aprendizaje del niño memorístico, conductista, que repite lo que el docente le dice, de estar haciendo copias de planas, de realización de operaciones básicas, sin una problematización o contexto. Por tanto, el objetivo de este nuevo modelo educativo es romper con esas prácticas pedagógicas tradicionales».
«En contraste, este modelo educativo apuesta a los nuevos procesos de desarrollo de aprendizaje de los niños de una manera contextual, donde haya la vinculación de manera estrecha de la escuela, del niño y de su comunidad. Que toda esa problemática de su comunidad la lleve a su escuela y desde el aula hacer esas reflexiones para que el niño logre construir y proponer resoluciones a su vida diaria».
Puntualizó que corresponde a los docentes y directivos lograr que sus alumnos sean sujetos diferentes y que entre todos poder construir una sociedad distinta a la que hoy tenemos, “una de las bondades de este nuevo modelo educativo es que se fortalece el trabajo en colaboración y desde la colectividad estaremos construyendo el bien común para todos, proponiendo soluciones a las problemáticas del contexto. Hoy la triada educativa es escuela, alumno- familia y comunidad, cuando anteriormente era maestro, alumnos y padre de familia», finalizó.
