– Cabildo dejó sin efecto el acuerdo celebrado el pasado 25 de agosto del 2021

De manera unánime integrantes del cabildo zamorano aprobaron dejar sin efecto el acuerdo 243 tomado en la centésima décima tercera reunión, celebrada el 25 de agosto de 2021, en el que se dio el visto bueno para otorgar en donación un terreno propiedad del municipio en la tenencia de Ario de Rayón, en favor de la Guardia Nacional, por resultar no viable jurídica y físicamente, para los fines pretendidos.
En la sesión ordinaria del cuerpo colegiado, la Síndico Municipal explicó que, según oficio recibido por las autoridades de la 21 Zona Militar, se estipula que el inmueble ofrecido por el Ayuntamiento para la construcción de una instalación de la corporación presenta varias inconsistencias que imposibilitan la realización de un cuartel de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA).
Detalló que, según constancia de zonificación urbana, el predio ubicado en la tenencia de Ario de Rayón, carretera Zamora-La Barca, es incompatible para el uso de actividades castrenses, se ubica en área de reserva ecológica, existe falla geológica, cruzan líneas de energía eléctrica y además existen 2 gravámenes sobre el inmueble.
Isabel Aguilera, Síndico, externó que, por las causales anteriores, se solicita dejar sin efecto el acuerdo 243 tomado en la centésima décima tercera reunión de Cabildo, celebrada el pasado 25 de agosto de 2021 y que el terreno vuelva a ser patrimonio municipal.
Aprovechó la ocasión para aclarar que en la sindicatura municipal no se recibió ninguna documentación en la entrega-recepción, ni se localizó el expediente técnico de desincorporación del citado inmueble, para conocer la información que se tomó de base para realizar la donación de un predio que resultaba inviable para los fines pretendidos.
