Más de 60 títulos para alumnos de diferentes licenciaturas que se imparten en el Plantel Ciencias de la Salud y Humanidades de la Universidad Capital de Estudios Superiores (UCES) fueron entregados. Con esta, la institución refrenda su compromiso para fortalecer el ámbito profesional de la región de Zamora en donde se distinguen sus egresados.
En el evento, el Dr. Leopoldo Velasco Contreras, director del plantel Ciencias de la Salud de UCES, informó que la institución no solo es fábrica de títulos, es generadora de grandes profesionistas y con ello se contribuye a formar un mundo más amable, tras una historia en la que pusieron dedicación, empeño y perseverancia.
Comentó que en la actualidad es importante recibir un título profesional, porque es la terminación legal de sus estudios y además abre puertas en la parte del sector privado en donde se toma en cuenta la preparación académica de los estudiantes porque las empresas hoy en día son más exigentes en el momento del reclutamiento.
Concluyó al decir que están próximos a abrir una nueva licenciatura y también alistan la firma de un convenio de colaboración con una universidad de posgrados del área de odontología para que se pueda iniciar la especialidad en ortodoncia, con miras a proyectos para el año 2025 en el que continuarán con trabajos para fortalecer la oferta académica.
