– La realizarán en Centro de Salud Galeana; buscan fortalecer paternidad responsable en varones

El próximo viernes 14 de junio será efectuada una campaña gratuita de vasectomías en el Centro de Salud Galeana. La intención es asistir la paternidad responsable y satisfecha por parte de los varones con la finalidad de tener un método de planificación familiar seguro y que puedan tener una vida sexual plena sin riesgo de embarazos.
Jaime Ramírez Oregel, director de salud pública, informó que previo a la realización de la campaña se pueden acercar a los centros de salud de Valencia o Ario de Rayón para recibir la información correspondiente y que de esa manera se pueda llevar a cabo su inscripción para que el próximo viernes sean candidatos a recibir la cirugía que no tiene costo alguno.
Comentó que las cirugías iniciarán en punto de las 8:00 de la mañana. Son procedimientos quirúrgicos sencillos que no tardan más de 20 minutos y que consisten en el corte del conducto deferente que es el encargado de llevar los espermatozoides hasta su destino final tras el acto sexual. No representa ningún dolor y es un área pequeña que facilita la recuperación.
“Este esfuerzo lo realizamos porque consideramos que en la actualidad es importante que los varones tengan una vida sexual responsable. El hecho de que haya una cirugía de este tipo para impedir que generen embarazos no equivale a que no estén expuestos a una enfermedad de transmisión sexual, por lo que los métodos de prevención se deben mantener”, finalizó.
