– Organismo busca que casos queden resueltos en audiencia de conciliación

Deficiencias en el área de ginecología ocupan el primer lugar de quejas ante el módulo de la Comisión Estatal de Arbitraje Médico de Michoacán (COESAMM) en esta ciudad, debido a que las personas no se sienten satisfechas con el servicio o tienen algún malestar después de haber sido sometidas a un proceso de cirugía por algún especialista en el área.
Así lo dio a conocer Ana González Márquez, titular del módulo del organismo autónomo, comentó que las quejas también son contra las áreas de urgencias y traumatología, las cuales también han recibido la atención necesaria por parte del área con la finalidad de que las personas tengan una respuesta al respecto.
“Siempre buscamos que los casos queden resueltos en la audiencia de conciliación que es el primer paso en todo este proceso, de manera que se asesora tanto a la parte quejosa como al médico o funcionarios de las áreas respectivas para que lleguen a un acuerdo y se eviten la parte de un juicio, también denominado “arbitraje” que es la parte donde se tiene que brindar una resolución si no hay una mediación entre los actores involucrados”, dijo.
Finalmente, agregó que las quejas se concentran en la medicina pública y privada, de manera que no hay un lugar específico en donde se presenten los casos. Reiteró la importancia de no tener miedo en el momento de llevar a cabo la presentación de la queja porque es la manera en la que se puede atender el tema de la negligencia médica o cualquier otra irregularidad que se pueda presentar en el servicio médico.
