-Destinaron casi 6 mdp en la obra; permitirá mejorar seguridad y convivencia de habitantes

Con una inversión superior a los 6 millones de pesos, fueron inaugurados los trabajos del proyecto integral del camellón de la 20 de Noviembre que fue equipado con bancas, juegos infantiles, adoquín, reforzamiento de áreas verdes, iluminación, pasos peatonales y accesos para personas con discapacidad, adultos mayores y mujeres con infantes.
En el evento, el presidente municipal, Carlos Soto Delgado, resaltó el impacto que tendrá la obra porque el camellón de la Avenida 20 de Noviembre es un paso natural para la circulación de automovilistas, motociclistas y transeúntes que van rumbo a colonias de la zona nororiente de la ciudad que a diario pasan por ese punto para sus actividades cotidianas.
“Aquí se deja una clara muestra de que buscamos trabajar en un tema importante como es la seguridad, pero también en la inclusión y la accesibilidad universal. A los vecinos solicitamos un trabajo en equipo para que podamos mantener las buenas condiciones de este espacio que fue diseñado para que mejoren su convivencia y trabajemos en el tema de la reconstrucción del tejido social”, dijo.
Finalmente, Arturo Mariscal Ochoa, director de obras públicas, informó que a los arreglos del camellón se debe sumar el esfuerzo realizado para mejorar la carpeta asfáltica de la Avenida 20 de Noviembre, del tramo de Juárez hasta el camino a la Alberca Municipal, en sus zonas más afectadas por lo que hubo una inversión adicional a lo estimado en un inicio.
