– Fueron más de 2 toneladas de material; permitirá ayudar a niños con cáncer

Alumnos y docentes de la Universidad Capital de Estudios Superiores (UCES) hicieron la entrega de más de 2 toneladas de tapitas de plástico que serán destinadas para que niños con cáncer de Michoacán puedan obtener recursos económicos que permitan continuar con sus tratamientos y sufraguen los gastos que representa tratar la enfermedad.
Salvador López García, coordinador académico de UCES Plantel Económico, Administrativas e Ingenierías, informó que las tapitas de plástico fueron llevadas a la Asociación Mexicana de Ayuda a Niños con Cáncer (AMANC) Michoacán IAP, que se dedican a llevar a cabo esta labor para apoyar a los pacientes y de esta manera confirmar en la institución que sigue el compromiso con causas altruistas.
“Es importante el trabajo que nosotros realizamos durante estos meses para llevar a cabo esta colecta entre las aportaciones que hacían docentes y alumnos, pero también ciudadanos sensibles con la causa en el contenedor fijo que tenemos en el ingreso al estacionamiento de la universidad. Esta tarea continuará de manera permanente porque queremos ayudar a formar un mundo más amable con acciones altruistas”, dijo.
Concluyó al decir que con esta donación, son 3 las acciones que han hecho para apoyar a la fundación AMANC, debido a que durante el año pasado se dio inicio mediante la entrega de útiles para reciclaje, donación de unidades de sangre y ahora con la entrega de tapitas de plástico, en donde toda la comunidad educativa de UCES ha participado.
