– Diputados electos de Morena y Partido Verde aseguran que buscan defender a la sociedad

En estos últimos días fue iniciada una campaña de información sobre lo que será la participación de las próximas legislaturas a nivel federal y estatal en la aprobación y validación de reformas de ley, entre las que destacan los cambios al sistema judicial con la finalidad de salvaguardar el interés de la población en materia de procuración de justicia y que haya condiciones más justas para todos.
Así lo dio a conocer Fabiola Alanís Sámano, diputada local electa por Michoacán de representación proporcional en su visita a esta ciudad, quien también estuvo acompañada por David Martínez Gowman, diputado local electo del distrito de Zamora, con quien estableció un compromiso conjunto de trabajar para que avance la aprobación de los cambios en materia judicial en donde la propuesta principal es buscar que los magistrados sean elegidos por el voto popular.
“A más tardar en la tercera semana de septiembre tendremos que cumplir con esta tarea legislativa y después tendrá que pasar a las legislaturas estatales para que se pueda avanzar con el proceso. Esta iniciativa promovida viene ante la inacción que se ha observado del Poder Judicial en muchos casos en donde las personas que no cuentan con recursos económicos no tienen garantías de una ley justa”, dijo.
Finalmente, David Martínez Gowman resaltó que las reformas se tienen que dar y la del poder judicial no es la excepción, “dice una frase que justicia retardada es justicia denegada, porque hay casos donde las personas pasan hasta 10 años en un proceso que no es justo. Se necesita respaldar a la ciudadanía y de allí que se deben hacer diversos cambios para que la procuración sea en el momento justo.
“Cuando la reforma se apruebe a nivel federal, se tendrá que bajar a los Estados y en Michoacán queremos ser de los primeros en dar este paso. No es cierto que cualquier persona va a ser juez porque todo tendrá filtros y candados para que ciudadanos con ética y responsabilidad sean quienes se encarguen de impartir la justicia sin cotos ni privilegios”, concluyó.
