Finalmente fue retirado el centro de mando permanente de protección civil de la colonia La Libertad. Autoridades municipales consideraron que la fase más crítica de la contingencia por encharcamientos de aguas pluviales y residuales ya concluyó tras lograr extraer todo el líquido acumulado de las calles y viviendas afectadas.
Así lo dio a conocer Daniel Martínez Mora, coordinador municipal de protección civil, quien comentó que tras secarse el agua de las zonas afectadas se inició con el proceso de limpieza por medio del riego de cal en aquellos puntos que ya se encuentran secos y también con la distribución de kits de limpieza.
“Después del censo que realizamos se arrojó como resultado que 150 familias resultaron perjudicadas por la contingencia, pero a todos se atendió de manera puntual porque buscamos evitar que tengan problemas de salud severos. Incluso, quienes ya presentaban algunos daños en la piel recibieron el tratamiento correspondiente, sumado a la distribución de vacunas y desparasitantes para no tener complicaciones gastrointestinales”, dijo.
Concluyó que, después de las acciones de sanitización, vendrán las faenas de regreso a la normalidad en La Libertad en las que incluso se hará la repartición de despensas a quienes resultaron perjudicados de manera importante por los encharcamientos. En caso de ser necesario se volverá a regresar a la colonia para atender cada una de las necesidades de los habitantes del lugar.
