– Puntualizan especialistas tras realización de Latidos Fest

Las enfermedades del corazón se mantienen en primer lugar entre las causas de muerte entre la población, debido al sedentarismo, malos hábitos de alimentación y la falta de prevención entre los habitantes. Por ello se deben fomentar y mantener eventos como el Latidos Fest que además permiten mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas desde que inician con los tratamientos respectivos.
Así lo consideraron los médicos Jesús Cacho Rodríguez y Juan Manuel Cortés Ceja, este último presidente del Colegio de Cardiología de Michoacán, respectivamente, quienes comentaron que al final lo que se busca es salvaguardar vidas desde la parte preventiva y de allí que la recomendación es que los enfermos de diabetes, en especial, se puedan checar al menos una vez al año de diversos padecimientos, ya que el 90 por ciento de las personas que tienen ese padecimiento pueden complicar su estado de salud.
Comentaron que es importante que las personas no dejen de aprovechar estos espacios y campañas, sobre todo cuando son gratuitas porque al final pueden tener ahorros, en este caso de Latidos Fest, rondó los 10 mil pesos en estudios con la revisión que se hicieron para continuar con su tratamiento en el caso de haber presentado alguna situación extraordinaria en los resultados.
“Es importante que las personas brinden el seguimiento necesario a su estado de salud y que después de esta primera revisión puedan incluso modificar hábitos de vida, porque de esa manera se garantiza que puedan tener una buena expectativa de vida y que esta no se vea reducida por la falta de prevención o de actividades necesarias para mejorar su salud”, concluyeron.
