– Sobre explotación de giros y crisis, merman ingresos en sector

La crisis económica obligó a algunos tortilleros a traspasar o cerrar sus negocios de manera definitiva, debido a que ya no tienen solvencia para mantener el pago de servicios, personal, compra de insumos y las reparaciones correspondientes. Los gastos mensuales en la actualidad ascienden a más de 40 mil pesos.
Luis López García, miembro de la unión de industriales de la Masa y la Tortilla, informó que la crisis económica ha rebasado la capacidad de manutención de quienes todavía forman parte del sector derivado de que la inflación en el precio de energéticos como el gas y la energía eléctrica ha sido constante, pero además se desconoce en cuanto comprarán el grano de maíz para el próximo temporal.
“Actualmente hay quienes lo compramos todavía en los 7 mil pesos en promedio, pero la realidad es que hay una incertidumbre para los próximos meses en ese sentido. La realidad es que las tortillerías ya no son un negocio como antes porque apenas se saca para mantener en funciones el local y obtener ingresos para mantener a la familia”, dijo.
Finalmente, agregó que por el momento no se tiene contemplado llevar a cabo un incremento en el precio del kilo de tortilla que es de 28 pesos, pero también se pide que se observe el control de apertura de más negocios de ese tipo porque se debe garantizar una competencia leal que se apegue a lo que establecen los lineamientos en cuanto a la distancia entre negocio y negocio.
