-Gobernador asegura que lo siguiente será abrir un juzgado de justicia administrativa en esta zona

Con una inversión de 2 millones 600 mil pesos y el compromiso de instalar próximamente un juzgado de Justicia Administrativa en Zamora, el gobernador de Michoacán, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla inauguró las instalaciones de la Defensoría Jurídica de esta región, en donde podrán atender a personas de 32 municipios.
“En este espacio haremos justicia en aquellos abusos de autoridad en contra de aquellos ciudadanos que sientan que les hacen cobros indebidos en el cálculo catastral, agua potable, predial o en hechos de tránsito, negación de una licencia de construcción o cualquier otra actuación irregular de los servidores públicos en cuestiones administrativas. Podrán recibir asesoría gratuita si carecen de un abogado”, aseguró el mandatario estatal en el marco del evento.
Enfatizó que los primeros que deben poner el ejemplo son los servidores públicos y de allí que hizo referencia al propio Gobierno del Estado que ha debido pagar más de mil millones de pesos de pagos de servicios o adquisiciones que hizo la administración estatal anterior y no pagó, de manera que se busca cumplir con la sentencia y lo marcado por los órganos encargados de procurar la justicia en este tema.
En otro orden de ideas, aseguró que para Zamora vienen buenos proyectos porque para el mes de noviembre se proyecta inaugurar la planta tratadora de aguas residuales con una inversión aproximada de 500 millones de pesos. El espacio permitirá generar líquido para el riego de cultivos de granos, incluso de productos de exportación agrícola.
El segundo proyecto en puerta es correspondiente a la solicitud que presentó a la presidenta electa de México, Claudia Sheinbaum, para que se tenga pronto la autopista de la agroexportación de Uruapan a Zamora. Será una obra importante que pasará por el municipio de Los Reyes que brinde una posición estratégica a esta zona al conectar con la Siglo XXI que viene de Lázaro Cárdenas para fortalecer la exportación.
“La Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Obras Públicas tiene al 100 por ciento el proyecto y confió en que pronto se tendrá esa infraestructura para fortalecer el valle de Zamora porque debemos detonar la economía de la región occidente de Michoacán”, enfatizó.
Finalmente, el presidente municipal, Carlos Soto Delgado, mencionó que el Ayuntamiento se comprometerá a trabajar en la mejora del acceso a las instalaciones del inmueble porque todavía hace falta concluir esa parte del terreno que se encuentra ubicado en la Avenida Santiago, casi enfrente del Infonavit La Pradera.
