– Esperan mayor flujo de visitantes a partir de septiembre

El Museo de la Ciudad abrirá sus puertas a grupos de alumnos a partir del inicio del próximo ciclo escolar con la finalidad de que los niños, adolescentes y jóvenes se puedan nutrir de conocimientos sobre la historia local por medio de los recorridos guiados de 45 minutos que son ofrecidos en el espacio para conocer las diferentes galerías instaladas.
Así lo dio a conocer Jesús Álvarez Del Toro, director del Museo de la Ciudad, quien comentó que la intención es que también tengan un sentido de identidad y pertenencia con su lugar de residencia porque es una realidad que se ha perdido el interés entre las actuales generaciones para conocer sobre lo que ha transcurrido en el municipio a lo largo de los años.
“De allí que buscamos a través del recorrido didáctico que los estudiantes aprendan y conozcan sobre su historia porque al conocer sus raíces, también conocen aquellos personajes o acontecimientos que han marcado una diferencia en el paso de los años en esta localidad. Esperamos que a partir del mes de septiembre se incremente la cantidad de visitantes”, dijo.
Finalmente, agregó que los horarios de atención para agendar las visitas son de lunes a viernes de 10:00 de la mañana a 2:00 de la tarde y de 5:00 de la tarde a 8:00 de la noche. Es necesario que se ponga en contacto el docente o directivo de la institución para que se pueda generar la visita y se ofrezca el servicio a los estudiantes.
