– Notarios están en disposición de apoyar a personas de escasos recursos con trámite; mes del testamento se extiende hasta octubre

La gente no aprovecha, aún con campañas, tramitar su testamento en septiembre cuando se hace promoción al respecto para hacer descuento en la obtención del documento, la cual ahora ya se extiende a octubre. Las personas muestran resistencia por 2 factores, uno la indecisión y otro porque hay quienes piensan que es un proceso exclusivo para quienes tienen avanzada edad o están en una situación de enfermedad terminal.
Así lo dio a conocer Sergio Flores Luna, titular de la notaría pública número 47, quien comentó que hace falta mucho por hacer entre la población para que adopte una conciencia en relación a la importancia de realizar a tiempo el trámite del testamento, porque cuando no se hace generalmente se dejan problemas entre las familias que lamentablemente terminan en rupturas y no se da certeza a los integrantes.
Comentó que en la actualidad hay familias que cuentan con su patrimonio a temprana edad y que además tienen descendencia, por lo que no deben dejar al tiempo o a la falta de voluntad cumplir con el trámite, debido a que en cualquier momento se puede requerir dejar todos los bienes testados a tiempo para que el núcleo familiar no se encuentre desprotegido.
Finalmente, agregó que el trámite actualmente tiene un costo de 3 mil pesos y, a pregunta expresa, aseguró que todos los notarios públicos están en la mejor disposición de apoyar a aquellas personas de escasos recursos con el trámite, incluso a través de la condonación económica del proceso, pero todo queda sujeto a un estudio socioeconómico, “también hay la facilidad para que los titulares de las notarías acudan al domicilio en caso de que la persona no se pueda desplazar por enfermedad o mal estado físico a dichos espacios”.
