– Destinaron más de 800 mil pesos en la obra; impactará en 400 habitantes

Con una inversión de 822 mil 844 pesos, hecha por el Ayuntamiento, fue inaugurado el parque público de la colonia Villas del Jericó que impactará en 400 habitantes. El espacio cuenta con una pista para trotar, machuelos, cama de arena, balizamiento, banqueta de concreto y mejoramiento del terreno para que pueda ser usado por las familias.
En el evento, el presidente municipal, Carlos Soto Delgado, puntualizó que el espacio permitirá avanzar en la reconstrucción del tejido social, sumado que será un espacio que podrá ser usado, en condiciones de seguridad, por los niños, debido a que anteriormente se encontraba abandonada por la falta de mantenimiento.
Enfatizó que la recuperación de espacios públicos siempre será esencial para que las familias puedan volver a reunirse y tener un momento de sano esparcimiento, pero también para que se pueda fomentar la activación física que es uno de los aspectos importantes para que las personas aspiren a tener una vida de calidad.
Finalmente, Sergio Ascencio Pulido, director de obras públicas, mencionó que el espacio ubicado entre Valle de Belén y Valle de Jerusalén sin duda vendrá a cambiar las condiciones de vida de las familias de Villas del Jericó debido a que durante varios años habían hecho esta gestión y hoy se ve cristalizada.
