-75 por ciento de los trabajadores de este nosocomio carecen de seguridad social

Trabajadores del Sindicato Lázaro Cárdenas pertenecientes al Hospital Regional paralizaron labores de manera parcial e indefinida en ese nosocomio desde antier por la mañana, para ello bloquearon una de las entradas y obstruyeron el servicio de la afiliación al Seguro Popular y el área administrativa.
Lo anterior, según dijeron, porque de los mil 400 trabajadores afiliados a este sindicato, de los 21 municipios de la región, el 75 por ciento de ellos no cuentan con seguridad social, dado que están contratados bajo el régimen de honorarios, paro que se prolongará hasta no tener una solución favorable por parte de la secretaria de salud de Michoacán (SSM).
En la misma situación se encuentran otros nosocomios del estado, como el de Uruapan, Lázaro Cárdenas, Apatzingán, Nueva Italia, Coahuayana y las oficinas administrativas de Morelia, estiman que en promedio hay 4 mil 500 trabajadores de la salud sindicalizados que están demandando que tomen en cuenta sus derechos. En el país son cerca de 65 mil los trabajadores afectados.
“Es irónico que médicos, dentistas enfermeras y personal administrativo dedicado a la salud no cuente con seguridad social, lo que implica no contar con derecho a ISSSTE, vivienda, jubilación, pensión, vales de despensa, es risorio que sea de este modo, e incluso nos han denominado personal precario, cuando ya tenemos toda una trayectoria laboral, no se vale que nos tengan en ese término, no tenemos base fija, carecemos de muchas prestaciones a falta de seguridad social”, señaló el doctor Hugo Gerardo Gómez Ríos, integrante del sindicato.
Añadió que el tabulador del régimen en el que se encuentran no se actualiza desde el 2010, por lo que ya en ocasiones anteriores han manifestado su inconformidad, sin embargo hasta la fecha no han tenido una respuesta.
Por su parte el doctor Cecilio Rincón García indicó que los servicios que siguen trabajando de manera normal son el de laboratorio, urgencias y consultas “El usuario no tiene la culpa, sino el gobierno estatal, quien no pone la fe en nosotros, que si tenemos capacidad”.
Dijo que paralelamente también siguen en pie de lucha los trabajadores de la jurisdicción sanitaria, quienes están pugnando por que se les pague sus viáticos, por lo que dijo apoyan la lucha que ellos emprenden “La unión hace la fuerza, no desistiremos queremos que no se cieguen las autoridades, ni hagan oídos sordos”.
Finalmente señaló que su lideresa general, Guadalupe Pichardo Escobedo, ya se encuentra en proceso de negociación con las autoridades de la SSM.
